Payment:

1. For online purchasing through website, you may pay through credit cards.
2. You can also purchase/ place order by messaging through Instagram/ Facebook.
   You may pay by bank transfer/ FPS/ PAYME/ PAYPAL with HKD.
3. Buyers have to pay the full price of purchased product before the product is being shipped.

Shipping:

1. Free Shipping is provided for orders over $300.
2. Buyers can arrange meet-ups to receive the ordered products.
3. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when orders are placed.
4. All delivery duration and shipping fee are estimated according to the relevant shipping companies.

Please be aware that epoxy resin is a kind of chemical compound. It is recommended to follow the safety precautions as below to minimize any potential consequences.

1. Always wear gloves when using resin.
2. Have good ventilation in your working area.
3. In case of allergies/ irritation, stop using immediately and seek medical advice.
4. In case of contact with skin, rinse in running water with soap. If situation gets worse, please reach for doctor advice and medical help.
5. Resin and hardener should be stored in dry and cool environment, avoid direct sunlight.
6. Epoxy resins and hardeners are chemical compounds, handle with care and do not leave them within easy reach of children.
7. When using heat gun, be careful with the high temperature and Never touch the hot metal nozzle with clothing or skin.
8. Do not use a heat gun near combustible or flammable materials/atmospheres.
9. Allow the heat gun to cool before touching/storing it.

Please follow the precautions as below when using resin products.

1. All of the resin products are made with the intention using as trinket trays/dishes to store or organize items. Any further use, please consider safety or damaging risks of the products.
2. Resin is safe for incidental contact with dry and cool food.
3. Kindly wash any resin items with soap & water before using them for food.
4. The resin surface has a temperature resistance below 45°C. DO NOT place hot liquid/ acidic food directly on resin, this may consequently burn and melt the resin surface.
5. Avoid placing them in dishwashers, microwaves or ovens. The resin surface should NOT be used as a surface for any usage that involves chopping, cutting etc.
6. Failure to abide by these may potentially render the resin surface toxic. Producer is not responsible for any damage to the item.

Commissions/ Customized artwork are open upon request unless stated otherwise.

1. For commissions, please send email/ direct messages to us.
2. Buyers have to pay 50% of the payment amount as deposit (non-refundable) when placing orders. Production will be commenced once the deposit is settled.
3. Customized artwork usually takes 2 – 4 weeks to complete since the order day depending on the size, technicality and commission schedule. For urgent cases, please communicate through private message and discuss about the possibility.
4. Shipping price is not included in the commission quote and will be added depend on size, weight, location and shipping method under negotiation.
