購買產品/ 報名參加工作/ 付款表示您已閱讀並理解這些條款和條件,請仔細閱讀。以下條款適用於所有工作坊和付款方式。

定價與寄送

整個網站的價格均港幣為報價單位,並且只接受港幣付款。

一般情況下超過$300港幣的訂單已自動免運費。對於特定的寄送方式,包裝和寄送成本(如有)將被添加到您購買的總價格中。

購買產品

於網站下單,填寫並提交電子訂單表格,或經電郵、intagram/ facebook提出的訂單要求,即表示您提出購買商品的要約。如果我們接受,則將產生具有約束力的合同。請注意,在我們收到您的全額付款/訂金之前,將不會寄送產品(或在線產品的鏈接)。如果有延遲,我們將不承擔任何責任,並且如果付款/預付訂金未完成,我們將不承認您的訂單。

下訂單後:

您將收到一封電子郵件以確認您的訂單。它將確認您訂購的產品,確認郵寄方式和地址,然後確認詳細的付款方式。

您的訂單將會以香港郵政平郵寄出,郵遞時間按本港郵政局速度而定。如已選擇追蹤功能,將會以SF Express寄出,將會於寄出後以電郵提供訂單追蹤號碼。

如果您訂購的產品缺貨,則會盡快通知您。

 

寄出產品後退貨/換貨/退款

如果您在收到產品後發現產品破損(非到貨後人為損毀/郵遞損毀),請與我們聯繫以退還和交換產品。

一般情況下退款不適用。您可以退貨並在商店中保留其他購買的價值(經賣方和客戶雙方協商同意)。

我們將提供額外的費用,其中可能僅包括產品損壞/與客戶的訂單不同的費用。

任何“個人原因/喜好/改變主意”將不被接受退貨/換貨/退款,如有此情況客戶將支付額外的費用。

 

參加工作坊

僅在以下情況下退款:

·         如因入學不足或老師生病而取消了工作坊,我們將聯繫該工作坊的參與者,並將其重新安排到其他工作坊;否則將在7個工作日內安排全額退款。

·         如您選擇在工作坊日期的7個工作日或以前更改上課日期,您可以選擇重新安排在6個月內使用的另一個工作坊日期(相同價值)不另收費。

·         如您選擇在工作坊日期的7個工作日或以前退出工作坊,款項將在7個工作日內退還。

如果出現以下情況,則不予退款:

·         如您選擇在工作坊開始前的少於7個工作日重新安排工作坊的時間,則無法退款,您可以選擇重新安排在6個月內使用的另一個工作坊日期(相同價值)重新安排工作坊的時間會向您收取$50港幣的行政費工作坊的日期更改只能重新安排2次,進一步的重新更改將視為取消,並且不安排退款。

·         如您選擇在工作坊日期的少於7個工作日退出/取消,則無法退款。

·         任何錯過工作坊或遲到均由參加者承擔全部責任,恕不退款。

Enrollment and payment of a workshop/ products indicates that you have read and understand these terms and conditions, please read carefully. The terms below apply to all workshops and payment.

Pricing and Delivery

Prices throughout the website are quoted in H.K. dollars, and payment can only be accepted in H.K. Dollars.
Delivery cost is usually included for orders over $300hkd. Packing and delivery costs, if any, will be added to the total price of your purchase for specific delivery methods.

Products purchasing

By checking out through shop account / completing and submitting an electronic order form, or by ordering through email/ intagram or facebook messages, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note that products will not be sent (or links to online products) until we have received your FULL payment/ deposit. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment/ deposit is not completed.

After you have placed your order:

You will receive an email to acknowledge your order. It will confirm the products you have ordered, confirmation of mailing method and address, followed by detail payment method. 

Your order will be proceed to delivery via Hong Kong Post ordinary letter/packet. Delivery time span is subjected to HKPost working schedule and pace. If you have chosen ‘Tack Shipping’ at checkout, your parcel will be sent via SF Express. A Tracking Code will be sent to your registered email after the parcel has been mailed.

If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Return/ Exchange/ Refund after sending out products

If you found the product damaged after receiving it (Exclude Man-made/ Artificial Damage or Damage during Delivery), contact us for product return and exchange. 

Refund is generally not applicable. You may return the products and keep the amount of value for other purchase in store (when negotiated and agree by both seller and customer). 

We will afford extra fees that may include only if the products are damaged/ not same as customers’ orders. 

Any ‘personal reasons/preferences/ a change of mind’ will not be accepted as a reason to Return/Exchange/Refund, and extra fees will be afforded by customers, if any.

Workshop Enrollment

Refunds will only be given if:

  • If a workshop is cancelled due to insufficient enrollments or teacher illness, participants enrolled in that workshop will be contacted and rearranged to an alternative workshop; or a full refund will be arranged within 7 business days.
  • If you choose to reschedule a workshop more than 7 business days before its commencement, you can reschedule to another workshop date (of same value) within 6 months. No extra fee will be charged.
  • If you choose to withdraw/ cancel from a workshop more than 7 business days before its commencement, the amount will be refunded within 7 business days.

Refunds NOT be given if:

  • If you choose to reschedule the workshop less than 7 business days before its commencement, you will be charged an extra $50 HKD administration fee. Workshop enrollment can only be rescheduled 2 times, further rearrangement will be seen as cancellation and refunding will not be arranged.
  • If you choose to withdraw/ cancel within 7 days of the workshop dateno refund can be provided.
  • Any missed or late-joining occasions are participants’ full responsibility, which no refund will be provided. Rescheduling can be discussed with administration fees applied.
